We develop PHEs or Plate Heat Exchangers with excellent quality raw material, flanges, welded spacer studs, high quality gaskets for enhancing the turbulence and heat transmission in the equipment. Widely used for heat recovery of liquids with different viscosities, these exchangers are easy to clean. With increase in turbulence due to welded studs, the washing time of these exchangers get remarkably reduced. Our entire range has the ability to handle even highly viscous liquids with its thermal design and certified components. The plates or tubes used in the heat exchangers are made from AISI 304 / 316 / 304 L / 316 L.

Made of high grade stainless steel (SS 304, SS 316, SS 304L, SS 316L, SS 310 and SA 213 grades and other food grade materials and components, our entire PHE is contamination free and devoid of any pathological threat.
Easy to clean
The PHE is very easy to clean and fully compatible and works in-sync with the pre-existing cleaning-in-place (CIP) system. In a place where it needs dismantling for cleaning, inspection or any other purpose, the entire system can be disassembled and reassembled hassle-free.
