Zeutech make CIP or Cleaning-In-Place system is an efficient module or skid based system aimed to attain optimum level of cleaning without dismantling the clean-to-be equipments. The cleaning objects like process tanks, equipments and associated piping and fittings are connected to the CIP station by hygienically designed distribution piping system. As there is no need for dismantling the equipments, tanks and process lines, our CIP system greatly reduces the cleaning time, operation cost and improves the efficiency and convenience. The cleaning system is fully adjustable and customized to suit the desired application with reference to cleaning time, temperature, pressure, concentration and flow.
